What we do

Website Design That Converts

Mobile-first website design for brands that need to look credible and turn visits into action.

01 / Who it's for

The right fit.

Best for: Brands that need a clear, mobile-first design system and a site that turns visits into enquiries, bookings, or sales.

  • Businesses that need a site customers can trust
  • Startups and SMEs building their first serious web presence
  • Companies refreshing outdated sites before wiring in automation
  • E-commerce brands selling to mobile-first customers
  • Teams that want a design system reusable across portals and apps
  • Organisations launching a product where the site feeds into operations tools

02 / The business problem

What this fixes.

Cookie-cutter templates look generic and struggle on mobile networks. We design the page hierarchy, type, colour, and calls to action around the offer, then build the design so the enquiry, booking, or purchase is obvious.

03 / What's included

The work in the build.

These are the parts we plan, build, test, and hand over.

  • Discovery: audience, competitors, offer, and the action each page must produce
  • Sitemap and a page-by-page content plan
  • Custom desktop and mobile page designs
  • A simple style guide for colour, type, spacing, and imagery
  • Responsive build tested on phone, tablet, and desktop
  • Forms, booking, WhatsApp, and payment entry points where relevant
  • Search-ready page structure and content hierarchy
  • Social sharing and Open Graph setup
  • Cross-browser testing in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox
  • Accessibility basics and performance checks
  • Launch QA and training

04 / At handover

What you receive.

Access and ownership are listed in the scope before work starts. The handover is not complete until accounts, credentials, and responsibilities are clear.

  • Design files or the agreed design source
  • The live site and agreed source-code access
  • A style guide for colour, type, spacing, and imagery
  • Admin logins and an inventory of accounts and services
  • Training for content updates
  • A recurring-cost schedule for domain, hosting, email, and third-party tools

05 / Timeline & process

From first call to launch.

Typical timeline

3–10 weeks depending on the number of pages and how ready the content is.

How projects work

  1. 01

    Discovery and scope

We agree the outcome, users, requirements, timeline, and investment before design starts.

  2. 02

    Plan and design

We map the sitemap or workflow, then agree the design direction, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    Build and review

Development runs in milestones. You review the agreed checkpoints, not a surprise at the end.

  4. 04

    Test and launch

We test devices, forms, payments, speed, security, and the handover steps before go-live.

  5. 05

    Grow and support

After launch, choose a care plan, search retainer, or improvement queue. None are bundled into the build fee.

What we need from you

The inputs that keep a project moving.

  • One decision-maker who can approve scope, design, and launch.
  • Final content, brand assets, and access by the agreed dates.
  • Consolidated feedback at each review checkpoint.
  • Access to existing systems, accounts, and third-party suppliers.

06 / Scope & extras

What is not included.

Clear scope now prevents a change-request conversation later.

Outside the base scope

  • Logo and full brand identity design
  • Copywriting and photography beyond the agreed content
  • Custom illustration, 3D, or motion design
  • New features outside the signed scope
  • Ongoing hosting, SSL, backups, and support outside a care plan
  • Third-party licence and platform fees

Optional extras

  • Brand identity
  • Content production
  • Photography
  • Motion or 3D assets
  • Campaign landing pages
  • Design-system documentation

Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved before work starts. Optional extras are never added silently.

07 / Ongoing support

Care after launch.

Hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, and ongoing support are not included in the build fee. They belong to a care plan, quoted after launch so the boundary is clear.

Essential Care

Best for: Brochure sites and low-change sites that need to stay online, backed up, and secure.

  • Managed hosting and SSL
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Automated backups
  • Security updates
  • Monthly software and dependency updates
  • Small content edits (monthly allowance agreed in the plan)
  • Support channel during agreed business hours

Response target

Next business day during agreed business hours.

Growth Care

Best for: Sites that need search monitoring, reporting, and a steady stream of small improvements.

Everything in Essential Care, plus:

  • Monthly performance checks
  • Technical SEO monitoring
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Conversion improvements
  • A larger support-hours allowance
  • Priority response

Response target

Same business day during agreed business hours.

Maintenance keeps the existing system secure, available, and working. New pages, features, integrations, redesigns, and major content production are quoted separately.

Clients

What they said after we shipped.

“We needed MoMo checkout and live voting that wouldn't die mid-award night. The studio shipped both — organizers run events on it now.”

Maxcell Cudjoe

“Students apply through the site now instead of WhatsApp threads. The institute finally looks as serious as the work we do.”

Adwoa Papabi
