Same-day parcels were still arranged by phone. Businesses had no shared view of riders, drop-offs, or partner onboarding.
Customers book in minutes, track in real time, and receive digital proof of drop-off. The site also handles business logistics, partner onboarding, rider applications, and last-mile work for retail brands.

A booking and tracking path that does not depend on a phone call. Riders and partners have a place to join.
What we learned
For courier work, proof of drop-off matters as much as the book-now button. Partner and rider flows belong on the same site.
